I often wonder that Why is it that some people just seem to be full of energy, positivity and have optimal mental health and where as some are absolutely otherwise.

Yes, we need to ask this question to ourselves!
For a better learning to deal with our feelings we should know how to identify our emotions. Emotions are the best ingredients that help us nourish and garnish our personalities. Our reaction to pain, pleasure, anger, fear, love, rage, attraction, repulsion – help us define our emotion. Emotions stimulate us to be more aware of what is happening around us. Negative emotions grow quickly in us as we human beings are vulnerable to sensitive situations, we often find it difficult to adapt or change as per situation.
How do Positive Emotions help?
Positive emotions make us realize that nothing is, was and will ever be impossible; it's just a mindset that needs to be directed towards all the positive energies that trigger happy and positive emotions.
Positive emotions are the best sources to develop a greater sense of emotional well-being especially when we engage in them habitually, over time, they definitely become life enhancing.
Such emotions help us fight with negative energies and in turn teach us to survive the process of living with grace and happiness they initiate the process of exploring, learning, connecting, and ultimately building resources.
How do you create Positive Emotions?
1. By balancing your emotions -Do not get carried away with success and do not live with the guilt of failure. Neither can we control our emotions nor can we limit them but we can learn the art of balancing them. If you have learn the art of not reacting to negative situations in life, nothing can provoke or disturb you.
2. Focus on achieving a positive goal in your life- Focus your emotions on achieving a positive goal in your life, and it will gain you strength. With no courage and focus you don’t achieve goals, and when you don’t achieve them you invite a band of negative emotions in your life. The best is to keep yourself focused!!
3. Understanding the importance of your emotions- It’s important to combine sensibilities with sensitivities. Do not waste your emotions, utilize them sensibly!! For e.g. “Anger is negative when it turns violent, same anger becomes a powerful force of stimulating a positive emotion for a person’s determination to work harder”.
4. State of happiness- The day we develop resources to deal with life's challenges, we turn happy and a happy state of mind is the best positive emotion. People are happy not simply because they feel better than those who have negative emotions but because they have developed the resources to deal with life's challenges.
A well known fact that needs no proof – "Happy People are more effective and successful than the people who are sad, angry or depressed"
5. Positive emotions build resiliency and resiliency builds positive emotions. Most of us realize that we are stressed but only few of us try to find solutions, being positive helps us resolve our inner conflict. Positive emotions help us to build healthier relationships, and become more resilient, this in turn enables us to bounce back from stress.
